Up early again. It's hard to sleep in in a caravan park! After breakfast we set off on a short walk to the top of Telegraph Hill where we had a good look over the valley where the El Questro station is located. Tony had a good look at some of the plants on the way.
We then drove to Zebedee Springs where we lazed about in the hot thermal pools after a very rocky and difficult entry. The pools were in the most amazing palm filled valley and the water was about 32 degrees. We should have taken our water shoes as that would have made life much easier.
On our return to the station we headed in the other direction and saw Chamberlain Gorge which was also very pretty. Back to our site for lunch and a bit of a snooze and then we headed to the swimming hole next to the caravan park and had another swim. The water here was much cooler and we remembered the water shoes.
Headed over to the bar for happy hour drinks and sat with another couple and had a good chat about traveling. We thought we would buy dinner there again but they were only selling hot chips because lots of people were watching the Rugby. So dinner consisted of a bowl of hot chips followed by a pie from the shop.
Tony has wandered back to the bar to see what is happening with the Rugby.
